Through continuous iteration, wireframing and live prototype testing with real users with video and analytics gathering, I was able to hone in the experience to be the industry leading paradigm and smoothest possible.

Citrix Cloud Admin Day

A day of product launch, design thinking, prototype testing and more designed to bring executives, Citrix admins and users, and everyone else closer through the principles of product design.

Admins from several companies across countries were invited to interact with the latest prototypes, test out the insights framework and provide feedback on new and existing features. SCAMPR exercises combined with 1:1 interviews and surveys rounded out the research.
