Citrix Cloud Citrix cloud services simplify management and delivery of secure digital workspaces from any cloud or hybrid cloud.
Companies use Citrix products like Workspace and Cloud to create a secure environment for their users to access apps, carry out work and be productive.
I led the Citrix product design team in bringing several new innovations to the enterprise and mobile apps, creating a new generation of Citrix products that led to successful sale and acquisition.

First Time Users(FTU) and Onboarding Good Onboarding is fast, informative and comprehensive, but not tedious Overhaul and Relaunch Multivariate testing combined with prototype evaluations were conducted over a period of 6 months to create, refine and evaluate hypotheses.
The new onboarding experience was introduced at one of the user summits to a great reception, which included CIOs among new users and adopters. First Impression is Everything My research showed that admins either get fully engaged with Citrix Cloud or completely ignore it, all based on their onboarding experience.
The brief for the product design team was clear: Fix onboarding and first time user experience, reduce barriers and create long term loyalty. Enable Scalablility A good onboarding enables users and admins to create a high performing environment for users. However, if this step takes too long, or is not clear, these goals are almost never accomplished.
I created a strategy to overhaul the onboarding in order to bring new user types as well as making it easier for existing users. Training experience overhaul Optimizing Data and Emotion for a Great Onboarding Enterprise products often need training and conitnuous use for mastery. By integrating Pendo, as well as other helpful hints, I created a system for users to reinforce their learnings from training, get to mastery faster and start to delivery on their projects.

jUIce Design System The evolution of Citrix is only possible with the proper foundations and product design infrastructure.
Over the course of 6 months and several creative workshops, rigorous user testing and validation, the jUIce design system was created.
I led the product design team through the planning and execution phase to ensure the highest level of deliverables at each step, contributing strategically to product releases and iterative development.

A day of product launch, design thinking, prototype testing and more designed to bring executives, Citrix admins and users, and everyone else closer through the principles of product design.
